How BeeHUB Works
From hive to your phone — complete monitoring and predictive insights.
First steps in the app
Start using BeeHUB in the first 5 minutes
Create your account, add your apiary and connect your first hive so BeeHUB can organize notes, inspections and device telemetry in one place.
-
1
Register and log in
Use the mobile app or beehub.app to create your BeeHUB account.
-
2
Add your first apiary
Create the location where your stationary or migratory hives are managed.
-
3
Add the first hive
Name the hive and assign it to the apiary so inspections, notes and history stay organized.
-
4
Connect a BeeHUB device
When creating or editing a hive, enter the device ShortID. You can also follow the installation video.
-
5
Add a note or inspection
Open the hive card, record your first observation and start building a practical hive history.

1. Data collection inside the hive
BeeHUB Sense — expansion module with extra inputs for temperature, humidity or custom sensors.
BeeHUB Queen / GPS — main unit with hive weight scale, acoustics and location tracking.
Continuous measurements: temperature, humidity, sound spectrum, hive weight, GPS.
2. Secure transfer to the cloud
All sensor data is transmitted via NB‑IoT / LTE‑M / GSM with optional Wi‑Fi or BLE. The Intelligent Hives cloud stores and processes hive telemetry, ensuring:
- 24/7 availability
- Secure storage (no retention limits)
- Swarm detection AI and anomaly alerts
3. Smart analysis & AI assistant
Our platform applies machine learning to recognize early swarm signatures, sudden weight changes, or abnormal microclimate patterns. You receive:
- Swarm risk alerts and hive health insights
- Harvest predictions and historical reports
4. Direct value for beekeepers
Through the mobile app (iOS/Android) or web app (beehub.app) you can:
- Monitor multiple apiaries in real time (remote hive monitoring)
- Get notifications and alerts (in‑app, email, soon WhatsApp)
- Manage inspections, notes, and harvests; export CSV/Excel
Why Intelligent Hives? Unlike traditional tools, BeeHUB is an intelligent beekeeping platform for smart beekeeping — covering all critical hive parameters in one device, built for outdoor reliability (−20 °C to +50 °C, IP65) and scalability from hobbyists to commercial apiaries.
