Check power (battery/solar), modem LED, antenna, and whether Queen has LTE-M / NB-IoT / 2G signal. Restart and note it in the ticket.
Weight/temperature shows spikes
Check sensor mounting and the scale, remove random loads (snow/water), note the spike time — it helps analysis.
Apiary relocation
Tell us before transport — we’ll help configure and verify network coverage in the new spot.
